3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Payoneer).

4. Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: Please allow 30 business days for your refund to appear on your statement after approval.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items
